Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and apps, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
User Conduct
Users are expected to use our website and apps responsibly and respectfully. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes any material that promotes hate speech, incites violence, or infringes on the rights of others.
Any behavior that violates these guidelines may result in the removal of your content and/or termination of your access to our services.
Content Submission
While we welcome user contributions to our website and apps, you are solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
You affirm that any content you provide does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
Community Participation Guidelines
To help maintain a positive, fair, and engaging community for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:
- Single Account: Please maintain only one account per user. Creating multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
- Personal Use Only: Tickets claimed through our platform are for your personal use only. You may not claim tickets on behalf of another person, change your name to claim for someone else, or transfer your claim to another individual. Any attempt to circumvent this policy, including altering your profile information to claim tickets for others, will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform.
- No Reselling: Tickets claimed through our platform are complimentary and may not be sold, resold, listed for sale, auctioned, or exchanged for any form of payment or compensation. Any attempt to profit from claimed tickets will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform, and you will be reported to the venue and event organizers.
- Intentional Claiming: We encourage you to claim events on our website and apps only when you genuinely intend to attend. Excessive or non-genuine claiming may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions.
- Positive Engagement: A constructive and positive attitude helps everyone enjoy the community. If your contributions are consistently negative or unconstructive, we may need to take measures to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Constructive Feedback: We value your insights and encourage you to share your thoughts via comments or feedback forms. However, repeatedly submitting similar complaints or negative feedback may result in a temporary suspension, as we strive to keep our community supportive and engaging.
- Consistent Identity: To foster trust within our community, please maintain a consistent profile name. Frequent changes to your display name may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.
- Event Commitment: When you claim an event, please make every effort to attend. Repeated non-attendance may affect your account standing.
- Plus One Requirements: Certain events may require you to provide the name of your plus one at the time of claiming. You must provide the actual name of your guest. If you supply your own name as your plus one's name, your account will be banned immediately.
- Off-Topic or Repetitive Complaints: Sending the exact same feedback repeatedly via our feedback form, or using comments to complain about the app or other irrelevant issues unrelated to the specific event, is prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Instagram Giveaway Rules
From time to time, Evvntly runs ticket giveaways on Instagram via the @evvntly account. These promotions are run separately from in-app claims and are governed by the rules below in addition to all other terms on this page. By entering an Evvntly Instagram giveaway, you agree to these rules.
- How Entries Are Counted: Each different friend you tag in the comments counts as one entry. We ask that you tag each friend in their own comment so it is easy to count. Tag as many different friends as you like — there is no cap on the number of unique tags.
- Repeated Tags: Each tag should be of a different friend — tagging the same person more than once does not count as additional entries. Repeated or obviously spammy tags may be disregarded.
- Tags Must Be Real Friends: Tagged accounts must be real people you personally know. Tagging the artist, the venue, @evvntly, our partners, celebrities, brand accounts, or any account you do not personally know will disqualify your entry. Tagging fake, inactive, bot, or burner accounts will also disqualify you and may result in a permanent block from future Evvntly giveaways.
- No Spam, Bots, or Automation: Entries that appear to be from spam accounts, bots, automated tools, or accounts created primarily to enter giveaways will be disqualified. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a spam or bot entry.
- Public Account Required: Your Instagram account must be set to public (or you must follow @evvntly so we can DM you) at the time of the giveaway and through winner notification. We cannot verify entries or contact winners on private accounts that do not follow us.
- Single Account Entry: Only one Instagram account per person may enter. Using multiple accounts to enter the same giveaway will disqualify all of those entries and may result in a permanent block from future giveaways.
- Required Entry Steps: Unless stated otherwise in the post itself, a valid entry requires that you (1) like the giveaway post, (2) follow @evvntly and any co-hosting partner accounts named in the post, and (3) leave a qualifying comment per the rules above. Sharing the post to your story and tagging @evvntly counts as an additional entry where stated in the post.
- Bonus App Entry: Where stated in the post, Evvntly subscribers with the Evvntly app installed and an active subscription receive a bonus entry. To claim the bonus entry you must have your Instagram username saved in your Evvntly app profile so we can match your entry to your account. The bonus entry does not exempt you from any of the rules above.
- Eligibility: Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are old enough to attend the event in question (most live music venues require attendees to be 18+ or 21+; check the venue's age policy before entering). Employees of Evvntly, the venue, the promoter, the artist, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Winner Selection: Winners are selected at random from valid entries after the giveaway closes, typically within 24-48 hours. Decisions about entry validity are at Evvntly's sole discretion and are final.
- Winner Notification: Winners are notified by Instagram direct message and/or announced on the @evvntly Instagram story. Winners must respond within 24 hours with the requested details (full legal name, plus one's name if applicable, and any venue-specific information). If a winner does not respond in time, we may forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.
- Prize Terms: Prizes are typically a pair of complimentary tickets to a specific show. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted, sold, resold, listed for sale, auctioned, or exchanged for compensation. Tickets are distributed via the venue's guest list under the winner's legal name. The winner is responsible for travel, accommodation, food, beverages, parking, ID requirements, and all other costs associated with attending the event.
- No Show: If a winner fails to attend the event after claiming the prize, repeat offenses may result in disqualification from future Evvntly giveaways.
- Right to Disqualify: Evvntly reserves the right to disqualify any entry, in whole or in part, that we believe violates these rules, attempts to manipulate the giveaway, or otherwise undermines the fair operation of the promotion. We may modify or cancel a giveaway at any time without notice.
- Taxes: Where applicable, the winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.
- Instagram / Meta Disclaimer: Evvntly Instagram giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to the giveaway.
- Use of Likeness: Winners agree that Evvntly may use their Instagram handle, first name, and the prize they won in promotional posts and stories announcing the winner.
Subscription Services and Pricing
Evvntly offers optional subscription plans that provide access to premium features and benefits. By subscribing to any of our paid subscription tiers, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription Tiers: We currently offer Basic and Plus subscription tiers at varying price points for monthly and yearly billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on our website, and may be subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers.
- No Guarantee of Tickets or Event Access: Purchasing a subscription does NOT guarantee that you will receive tickets to any specific event, concert, or giveaway. Subscription benefits include features such as the ability to claim giveaway tickets, early access notifications, and an ad-free experience, but do not guarantee ticket availability, successful claims, or event admission. All giveaways and tickets are subject to availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis or through random selection at the discretion of event organizers.
- Subscription Benefits: Subscription features may include, but are not limited to: ability to claim giveaway tickets, priority or early access to notifications, ad-free browsing experience, and other premium features as described in the app. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove subscription benefits at our discretion, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price for your selected tier. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings.
- Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon your next renewal. You will be notified of any price changes with reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription features until that date. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.
- No Refunds: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. This includes situations where you are unable to claim tickets, attend events, or utilize subscription features due to availability, competition, or other factors.
- Free Trials and Promotional Offers: We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for new subscribers. These offers are available only once per user and may not be combined with other promotions. Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the standard subscription price and your paid subscription will begin.
- Account Termination and Subscriptions: If your account is suspended, terminated, or banned for violating these Terms of Service, your subscription will be immediately cancelled without refund. You will lose access to all subscription benefits and any pending claims or tickets.
- Changes to Subscription Features: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add new features to any subscription tier at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes to subscription benefits.
Event Availability and Ticket Disclaimers
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date event information, please understand that event participation and ticket availability are subject to various factors beyond our control. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- No Guarantee of Admission: Claiming an event through our platform does not guarantee entry to the venue or event. Final admission decisions rest with the event organizers, venues, and their designated representatives. This applies to both free and paid subscribers.
- Subscription Does Not Equal Ticket Guarantee: Having an active subscription does not guarantee you will successfully claim tickets or gain admission to any event. Tickets and giveaway entries are limited and distributed based on availability, timing, and other factors beyond our control.
- Event Changes and Cancellations: Events may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled due to circumstances including but not limited to weather, technical difficulties, artist availability, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any changes made by event organizers or venues.
- Box Office and Venue Coordination: While we make every effort to maintain accurate records and coordinate with venues, occasional discrepancies or administrative mix-ups may occur at the box office or entry point. We recommend arriving early and having backup identification and confirmation details available.
- Third-Party Dependencies: Our platform facilitates connections between users and events, but the actual event experience depends on third-party venues, organizers, and service providers over whom we have no direct control.
- Limited Recourse: In the event of any issues with admission, event changes, or cancellations, our liability is limited to the services provided through our platform. We are not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other related expenses incurred in connection with claimed events.
Venue and Promoter Policies
Evvntly partners with a diverse network of venues, promoters, and event organizers, each of whom maintains their own independent policies and guidelines governing ticket distribution and event access. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Third-Party Guidelines: Venues and promoters establish their own rules regarding ticket allocation, claim limits, and eligibility requirements. These policies are determined solely by the respective venue or promoter and are subject to change at their discretion without prior notice.
- Claim Frequency Restrictions: Certain venues and promoters impose limits on the number of tickets a user may claim within a specified period, such as per week, per month, or per event series. These restrictions are implemented and enforced by the venue or promoter, and Evvntly is required to honor and enforce these limitations on their behalf.
- Platform Compliance: As a condition of our partnerships with venues and promoters, Evvntly is obligated to adhere to and enforce their respective policies. We do not have the authority to override, modify, or grant exceptions to venue or promoter restrictions, regardless of your subscription status or account standing.
- Policy Variations: Claim limits and eligibility requirements may vary significantly between different venues, promoters, and events. A restriction applied by one venue does not necessarily reflect the policies of other venues or Evvntly's general terms.
- No Recourse for Third-Party Restrictions: Evvntly cannot provide refunds, credits, or compensation for claims that are unavailable due to venue or promoter restrictions. These limitations are beyond our control and are a condition of the complimentary tickets being made available through our platform.
- Temporary Account Limitations: In order to comply with venue and promoter guidelines, Evvntly may be required to place temporary limitations on your account, including but not limited to restricting your ability to claim tickets for specific venues, events, or time periods. These limitations are imposed at the direction of our partners and are necessary to maintain our relationships and ensure continued access to complimentary tickets for our community.
Conduct at Events and Venues
As a user of Evvntly, you represent our community when attending events through our platform. Your behavior at venues directly impacts our relationships with partners and the continued availability of complimentary tickets for all users. By using our platform, you agree to the following conduct requirements:
- Respectful Treatment of Staff: You will treat all venue staff, box office personnel, security, bartenders, servers, and any other event employees with courtesy and respect at all times. Any verbal abuse, threatening language, aggressive behavior, or disrespectful conduct toward venue staff will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
- Appropriate Behavior: You will conduct yourself in an appropriate manner while attending events. This includes refraining from excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, fighting, harassment of other attendees, or any behavior that disrupts the event or creates an unsafe environment. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
- Compliance with Venue Rules: You will comply with all venue policies, including but not limited to age restrictions, dress codes, photography policies, and any instructions from venue staff or security. Refusal to comply with venue rules will result in account termination.
- No Misrepresentation: You will not misrepresent your affiliation with Evvntly, make demands or claims of special treatment on behalf of Evvntly, or otherwise act in a manner that damages Evvntly's reputation or relationships with venue partners. Any such behavior will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
- Venue Partner Reports: Evvntly maintains direct relationships with venue partners. If a venue reports that a user has engaged in abusive, inappropriate, or problematic behavior, we will take immediate action including permanent account termination. Venue reports are taken seriously and will not be disputed or appealed.
- No Direct Contact with Venues: You will not contact venues, promoters, box office staff, or any of our partners directly with complaints, disputes, ticket questions, or grievances related to your Evvntly experience. All issues, questions, and complaints must be submitted to Evvntly through our official support channels. Contacting venue partners directly to complain or escalate damages our relationships and disrupts the operations of our partners. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Evvntly maintains a zero tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or mistreatment of venue staff and event personnel. There are no warnings, second chances, or appeals for violations of this policy. Your account will be permanently banned and any active subscription will be terminated without refund.
Prohibited Activities
In addition to posting abusive or harmful content, you are prohibited from:
- Uploading malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or degrade the functionality of our website and apps;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts;
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Engaging in any form of spamming or other unsolicited communications.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, ban, or block your access to our website and apps at our sole discretion if you breach any of these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem harmful or disruptive. No prior warning will be provided in such cases.
If a response is not made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to disable your account.
Should you violate these Terms or if your account is disabled as a result, please note that any pending event claims will be immediately canceled and will not be honored.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Evvntly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the operation or availability of our website and apps, and disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Please note that your use of our software is entirely at your own discretion, and while we strive to maintain high performance, there may be bugs or errors in the software.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Evvntly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and apps.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website and apps constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Evvntly, you agree to the following terms:
- Message Content: You may receive text messages about giveaways, promotions, event announcements, and other offers we think you'll enjoy.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. We aim to only send you relevant and valuable messages.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive promotional texts from us. To rejoin, text START.

- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
