There is a no re-entry policy upon exiting. Each guest in the pavilion must be a ticket holder with an assigned seat. All shows are “Rain or Shine” and will not be cancelled due to inclement weather. Main gates open approximately 1 hour prior to performance show time. Most of the Bethel Woods campus is designated NON-SMOKING. Bethel Woods has designated smoking areas along the top-rear of the lawn seating area walkway. Please limit smoking to those designated areas.
Children
Children under 2 are admitted free on the lawn without a separate admission ticket.
ADA (Disability)
Accessible seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities and their guests. Purchase or use of these seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. There are two types of seating available for purchase:
Patron with Disability: Transfer from Wheelchair to Seat
Patron with Disability: Your Wheelchair as Actual Seat
Wheelchair accessible seating is for those who use their wheelchair as the actual seat. Transfer patron seating is reserved for those guests who need accessible seating but are not wheelchair users.
Tickets for patrons with accessible needs, subject to availability, may be purchased in the following ways:

B. When the order form is displayed, choose the type of seating you wish to purchase and quantity of tickets you require.

Parking
There is no additional charge for parking at Bethel Woods. Ample parking is available adjacent to Hurd Road. Parking for patrons with disabilities is available in designated areas in the North Lot. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts prides itself in being a safe, family friendly environment. In order to provide for the highest level of safety and convenience for our guests, we have established the following guidelines for our parking lot areas. Tailgating is allowed in the parking areas; however, there are NO tents or canopies permitted. Barbequing is permitted on the pavement with gas-fired grills only-no charcoal grills. State Law prohibits the sale of tickets or any unauthorized merchandise in the parking lot. Parking at Bethel Woods is for the convenience of concert or museum ticket holders only. Distribution of unauthorized pamphlets, flyers, or any other item is strictly prohibited. There is no overnight parking at Bethel Woods.
